Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, permanent placement, ranking, traffic, leads, conversions, or acceptance if review requirements, platform standards, or submission requirements are not met.
If a paid request is rejected before service delivery or before promotional work has started, refund handling is available. We may request additional information to confirm the request, payment, and account details.
Once a listing, sponsored placement, campaign, or promotional service is live, scheduled, prepared, reviewed, or work has already started, refund eligibility may be limited based on the delivered work and circumstances.
If a customer cancels before review, approval, scheduling, publication, or promotional work begins, Print3DIndex will review the cancellation request and available refund options.
Refunds are not automatic unless explicitly confirmed by Print3DIndex. Approved refunds may take time to process through the payment provider, card network, or bank.
We do not refund because a paid placement did not produce a specific ranking, sale, lead, traffic level, search engine result, click-through rate, conversion, or business outcome.
If a charge appears incorrect, duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized, contact us promptly through /contact or
[email protected] so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be required by applicable law.
